Whirley & Associates + ProActive Advisory was founded in Alpharetta, Georgia in 2008. Since then, we have worked with companies ranging from closely held businesses to multinational organizations across a variety of industries.
Our size allows us to provide direct access to experienced professionals while maintaining the technical resources necessary to address complex tax, accounting, and advisory matters.
Many important business decisions have tax, financial, and operational consequences. Our role is to help clients evaluate those decisions with a clear understanding of how each piece affects the larger picture.
